And how does life in the world of international mobility look like? The interest, commitment and drive of academics to research the current situation and the prospects for the next 20 years is considerable. The range of issues is very wide, from interpersonal relations and friendships, to legal matters, the hyper-individualism phenomenon and deregulated labour regulations, to pensions. The mobility phenomenon, which emerged in the 1960s and 1970s (the emancipation quality criteria are also interesting in this context), continued in the form of increasing social mobility in the next two decades, may today be called a state of <<permanent instability>>. Society must find in this special historic situation both time and place for reflection and deliberation, ask other questions, create other models, thus changing political concepts. The network culture and its global nature, art, culture and media activity are beginning to create new real obligations and point towards interesting thought and discussion concepts.
