The most important attributes of a successful economic entity include travel and constant mobility and flexibility. Terms such as <<frequent flyers>>, <<living in two cities>> and <<global players>> refer to a whole host of signs and symbols, used in advertising and the media to <<construct>> the picture of an attractive <<kinetic elite>>. <<Living in motion>> - the lifestyle of a privileged minority of better-off citizens active in business, the media and culture, is becoming a symbol of success. At the same time, immigrants and refugees, whose mobility is due to economic, family or political situation, are subject to increasing controls, restrictions and even criminalisation.
